A morning in the Umbrian woods. Then, the table.
Follow a truffle hunter and his dog along paths only they know, and kneel beside them when the dog begins to dig. Back at the table, what the earth gave you arrives shaved over warm bruschetta, soft scrambled eggs and a plate of umbricelli, with wines chosen by Francesca.
